Nikki graduated from Richmond Town Prep High School and was also a part of Saint Clare’s Parish.
Nikki loved listening to music and she was learning how to play the guitar. She loved being with her family and she took great pride in being an aunt.
Nikki is survived by her mother, Laura Bilcher-Steffensen, her father, Frank Silva, her step-father Keith Steffensen, her step-mother Giselle Gonzalez, her grandmothers Irene Bilcher and Angelina Silva, her siblings Ashley Silva, Robert Kelly, Frank Silva Jr., Jarett Silva, Brian Steffensen, and Angelina Silva, and her nephew Greyson Rinzivillo.
Nikki is predeceased by her uncle Firefighter Brian Bilcher, her grandfathers Miles Bilcher and Phillip Silva, and her brother Francis Kelly.
Services are being handled by Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Ave. Staten Island, NY 10308. The visitation day will be Monday, July 12, from 5pm-9pm. The funeral will be at Saint Clare’s Church on Tuesday, July 13, at 11am. All services are open to the public.
