Beloved son & brother, 'an inspiration to many,' 48 Francis (Frankie) Forte passed away March 27th 2022 at the age of 48 at the Addeo Hospice Residence in Staten Island, New York. Frankie was a lifetime resident of Todt Hill. He was a graduate of Susan E. Wagner High School and an avid participant at On Your Mark for over 20 years. Frankie was a volunteer at Staten Island University Hospital and subsequently became a clerk at the Nalitt Institute for Cancer, until he retired in 2019. He was a parishioner at St. Teresa's Church. Frankie had a love of sports, and was a passionate New York Mets and New York Jets fan. Frankie fought illness for years with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and amazing smile. Frankie was an inspiration to many. He was predeceased by his mother Virginia and sister Victoria. He is survived by his father, Dr. Frank, sisters AnneMarie Farah (Erik) and Theresa Salerno (Robert), nieces and nephews Gabriella, Francesca, Joseph, Matthew, and Samantha, loving helper of many years, Rosemary, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitations will be held Tuesday March 29th 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday March 30th, 2-4p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Harmon Funeral Home Forest Avenue Staten Island, New York 10310. A Mass will be celebrated at Saint Teresa's Church on March 31st at 10:45 a.m. followed by burial at Moravian Cemetery.
