Dominick Pugliese

Dominick Pugliese, loving husband of Catherine Pugliese, of Todt Hill, peacefully passed on Friday, Aug. 28, 2020, surrounded by his family.

Born in Procida, Italy, Dominick immigrated to America in 1955 and settled on Staten Island, N.Y.

Dominick was a devoted husband, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and also spending time at his home, in Florida, with his family. Dominick will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dominick is survived by his wife, Catherine, of 61 years, and his children, Michael, James, Jerry, Anthony, Franci.

Broken Chain

We little knew that morning that

God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly,

in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,

you did not go alone;

for part of us went with you

the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories,

your love is still our guide,

and though we cannot see you,

you are always by our side.

Our family chain is broken

and nothing seems the same,

but as God calls us one by one,

the chain will link again.
