Bridget T. Sullivan

Bridget was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Sullivan, and sister Eileen Harkins. She is survived by her daughter, Bernadette and son in law Doug Van Sise, her beloved grandchildren, Lauren (Anthony Polizzi) and Anthony, her brother John and sister Mary Margaret, as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Bridget was born in Inver, Donegal Ireland. She immigrated to America in 1952 at 18 years old. She met her future husband, Pat Sullivan, at an Irish Dance in New York City. They were married in 1959 at St. Saviour’s Church in Brooklyn.

Bridget and Pat welcomed their daughter, Bernadette, in 1966. Pat tragically passed away in 1974 and Bridget went on to raise Bernadette on her own. She returned to her job at JP Morgan Chase, and went on to become the Supervisor of Telecommunications. After retiring, Bridget enjoyed spending time with her two grandchildren, Lauren and Anthony. They all moved together to Staten Island where she lived out her years, happily

A visitation for Bridget will be held Monday, February 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Clare Church, 110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308.
