Ervin Barry Brafford

Barry graduated from Lincolnton High School in 1961. He was married to Ruthann Brafford on June 26, 1965. Barry served in the Air Force from 1962 to 1966. He worked as a wood worker most of his life and owned his own wood working business Woodenuno.

He was predeceased by his daughter Ruthellen; sister, Judy Ritchie and Pam Hamilton; and brother, Daniel Brafford.

He is survived by his wife Ruthann Brafford; sister, Karen Gann; children, Donald Brafford, Lisa Ryden and Frank Brafford; grandchildren, Christopher Turner, Katelynn Canipe, Mark Mcmickle Jr., Mitchell McMickle, Damien Brafford, Martie Tainter, Kendall Brafford and Amelia Brafford; great grandchildren, Casey McMickle, Leanna Tainter, Marebelle Brafford, Leon Brafford, Cora Brafford, Nellie McMickle, Riley Tainter, Logan Canipe, and Eli McMickle and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service and reception will be held at Mt Zion Baptist Church on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 1pm.

Memorials may be made to the Robin Johnson Hospice House.
