Rosa Lilke, longtime resident of Stamford, passed away on September 11, 2023. She was 100.
Born in Gomel, Belarus, Rosa was the daughter of Benjamin and Sara Zelichonok. She worked as a bookkeeper at Jewish Family Services. Rosa enjoyed art, classical music, poetry, and history. She will be remembered for her kindness and her willingness and desire to help others.
Rosa is survived by her children Yuri and Olga.
Friends are invited to a funeral service on Thursday, September 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford, CT 06905. Interment to immediately follow at Beth El Cemetery, 360 Roxbury Road, Stamford, CT 06902.
