David Paul Barnot

David Paul Barnot, aged 69, passed away on July 8th, 2024. He was a beloved husband, father, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. David was born on November 20th, 1954, in Sharon, Pennsylvania. He spent his formative years in Brookfield, Ohio. He went on to earn a certificate in electrical engineering and spent his career working for the Lincoln Property Company as an electrical engineer. But more than anything, David was a devoted husband and stepfather. He loved spending time with his wife and children. They enjoyed taking road trips, celebrating the 4th of July with fireworks, and celebrating Christmas by exchanging hallmark ornaments. In his free time, David enjoyed woodworking, building LEGOs, collecting stamps and coins, and watching Marvel movies. Some of David’s favorite things were Disney World, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, NASCAR racing, and the Peanuts holiday specials. David is survived by his loving wife, Rosa; his stepchildren, Veronica, Nelson, and Enrique; and his siblings, Doris and her husband Ozcan, Jim and his wife Tammy, Jo and her husband Jack. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him. A visitation for David will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, Virginia 22554, followed by a clebration of life at 3:00 PM.
