Con profunda tristeza, informamos el fallecimiento de nuestro amado, Moises Barrientos, quien nació el 4 de Marzo, 1973 en Aguascalientes, México. A la temprana edad de 14 años, su familia se trasladó a los Estados Unidos, estableciendo su hogar en Houston, Texas.
El 1ro de Septiembre de 2023, nuestro Moises partió de este mundo dejando un legado imborrable en nuestros corazones. Fue una persona sumamente especial y dedicó gran parte de su tiempo al servicio de su iglesia a través de su ministerio "ACTS".
Moises fue un hombre muy dedicado a su familia, a su trabajo y a Dios. Lo que verdaderamente hace especial a Moises fue su generosidad y bondad hacia los demás. Siempre dispuesto a tender una mano amiga, tenía la habilidad de iluminar el día de cualquier persona que cruzara su camino. Su alegría de vivir y su espíritu solidario crearon lazos indestructibles de amistad en su comunidad. Fue un bromista con un gran sentido del humor, manteniendo vivo el espíritu joven y el corazón de un niño, un hombre de corazón noble el cual nunca dudó en ayudar y servir a su comunidad.
Con su destreza y pasión por su labor, dejó una huella imborrable en cada proyecto en el que estuvo involucrado. Su ética de trabajo y compromiso fueron reconocidos por todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. Pero nuestra conexión con él iba más allá del trabajo. Como fan incondicional del equipo de las Águilas del América, su entusiasmo y emoción por los partidos siempre fueron contagiantes. Cada gol y cada victoria eran motivo de alegría compartida en nuestra familia.
Se reencuentra en el cielo con su querido abuelo Irineo Barrientos y su abuela Carmen Rosales Ramírez. Deja atrás a sus padres, María Guadalupe y Celso; a su amada esposa, Elizabeth; a sus hijos, Rosemary, Gabriela, Lupita y Brayan, así como a sus hermanos Celso, Jr. y Ricardo, quienes compartieron innumerables momentos y recuerdos inolvidables junto a él.
Celebramos su vida y honramos su memoria, recordando su cariño, su fuerza y su espíritu generoso. Su partida deja un vacío inmenso en nuestras vidas, pero su legado de amor y servicio seguirá vivo en nuestros corazones.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Moises Barrientos, born on March 4, 1973 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. At the early age of 14, his family moved to the United States and established their home in Houston, Texas.
On the 1st of September 2023, our Moises left to heaven, leaving an indelible legacy in our hearts. He was a very special man, and dedicated a large part of his time to the "ACTS" ministry at his church. Moises was a man dedicated to his family, his work, and most importantly, God. What truly made Moises special and remarkable was his generosity and unwavering kindness. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, and brighten the day of anyone in need. His joy of living and spirit of solidarity created indestructible bonds of friendship in his community. He was charismatic and had a great sense of humor with a young spirit and the heart of a boy. A man with a noble heart who never thought twice about helping anyone in need.
With his adaptability and passion for his work, he left a mark on every project in which he was involved in. His work ethic and commitment were recognized by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Our connection with him goes beyond labor, he was a huge soccer fan with infectious enthusiasm, every goal and every victory was a motive for shared happiness in our family.
He is reunited in heaven with his dear grandfather, Irineo Barrientos, and his grandmother, Carmen Rosales Ramirez. He is survived by his parents, Maria Guadalupe and Celso; his beloved wife, Elizabeth; his children, Rosemary, Gabriela, Lupita, and Brayan, as well as his brothers, Celso, Jr. and Ricardo with whom he shared countless memories.
We celebrate his life and honor his legacy, remembering his affection, his strength, and his generous spirit. His passing leaves an immense void in our lives, but his legacy of love and servitude will forever remain in our hearts.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 South Kirkwood Road in Stafford, with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m., also in the chapel at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 1510 5th Street in Missouri City.
The Rite of Committal will follow, via funeral procession to Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery in Houston.
