Vicky Lynn South

She was born on June 18, 1957 and grew up in the Midway area in St Paul. She graduated from St Paul Central in 1975.

Vicky worked for the State of Minnesota for 35 years at the Department of Transportation and the Department of Revenue. She retired in 2013 and was able to enjoy her retirement.

Vicky is preceded in death by her parents; Wally and Marcy Beckman, brother; Dick Beckman, sister; Debbie Mussehl, brother-in-law; Fred Mussehl, brother-in-law Wes Asplund.

She is survived by her son, Hunter South (Rainy, doggie), brother; Wayne Beckman (Wendy), sister; Barb Asplund, sister; Sue Flannigan (Pat), brother; Tom Beckman, sister-in-law; Cindy Beckman, many nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many special friends.

The family would like to thank the St Croix Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in Vickys final days.

A visitation for Vicky will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave N, St. Paul, Minnesota 55106, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
