My condolences to Rocky's family and friends. Rocky had a big character and a bigger heart. He will be remembered and missed.

To the Haider family and Victor.  Working with Rocky at MnDOT over the past several years has been a real treat.  His stories were so funny and brought much laughter and smiles to many.   Victor, he was so proud of you and all your accomplishments.  I am so glad that you will be able to carry on those accomplishments knowing that he will be watching over you.

His quick wit and humor will be reimembered forever.  Never a dull moment when he was around.  God Bless

No words can ever expressed the feeling felt from a loss so overwhelming. Be strong and know the deep love your grandpa and pa had and bestowed unto you.  Keep your head high and your heart open and you will no doubt experience the loving and supportive words of Rocky during time in your life when they will be desperately needed.  We will surely miss Rocky's sense of unbashful humor that usually kept the person in awe as to what he really meant.

I only knew Rocky for a short time but WOW, could he make an impact on your day!  For me, it was fun and memorable.  Blessings to family and friends.

To know Rocky was to respect him - certainly never a dull moment!  Our sincere condolences to your family as you cope with the loss of this distinctive fellow.  Rocky and his wit will be profoundly missed.

I never knew his name.... only the nic name he was called... "Sunshine"... so sad to see this news... God bless his family and friends in mourning... was a super nice guy.... RIP Sunshine!!

Wow, I am really gonna miss Rocky. I would wander down to his cubicle with the simplest of questions and never get out of there in less than a half an hour, always with a smile.  My thoughts go out to You, Victor, and the rest of Rocky's family.  He was an genuine original!

My condolences and prayers are with all of those who where so significantly touched by Rocky.  I miss him here at MnDOT.

I've been retired for eight years but while at Mn/DOT, Rocky and I worked together on the Maintenance Business Plan. We spent a lot of time talking on the phone. Rocky was easy to work with and good at it. I enjoyed knowing him. Sorry for your loss.
