Richard was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith. Richard is survived by his children Susan, Patricia, Richard, David, and Michael; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 10am-12 pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave. in St. Paul, MN, followed by burial at Union Cemetery.
