Tom was the beloved uncle of John Hammers; cherished great-uncle of Vanessa Danel, Ashton Hammers, and Brooklyn Hammers; dear brother of Elizabeth Rock and step-brother Judith Pope; and many dear family members in Memphis, TN.
All services will take place in Memphis, Tennessee at Memorial Park Cemetery, day and time to be determined. Please check back.
