My deepest sympathies to the family of such a fine man.  Although I only worked for Tom for a couple of years (1987-1989), I remember his leadership skills and the way he applied them.  He always reminded me..."Don't bring me a problem, without bringing me a solution."  (He would always add some flowery adjectives to make the conversation more interesting).  He told me once as he was walking out the door to go home (with his skimmer adorned on his head)... "unless the building is on fire, it can wait until tomorrow."  He was a treasure.  Thought of you often over many years.  You made me laugh and were good to me.  Thanks for all you've done for so many for so long.  Patrick Adams
