Peggy was a lifelong resident of Centralia who took great pride in her home of 55 years. She worked for many years at Littelfuse in Centralia and retired from World Color Press in Salem. She was an avid “green thumb” gardener and bird lover. She was a wonderful cook and hosted many holiday dinners where there were always tons of homemade pies, cakes and candies. She loved her gizmos and always had the latest “as seen on TV” gadget. She was a strong, tenacious, and fiercely protective matriarch of her family and was equally loyal to her many friends. Those who knew and loved her could always depend on her “sage” advice. She was loved by us all and we will miss her terribly, but she will forever remain in our hearts.
