BLACK, Jane (nee Greenlaw) Baptized into the Hope of Christ’s Resurrection on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at age 96.
Beloved wife of the late Donald R. Black; dear mother of Cheryl Keller (Larry); loving sister to Paul (Jean) Greenlaw; devoted grandmother to Erin Yoffie (Sam) and Craig Keller; great-grandmother to Ben, Lucas and Andrew Yoffie; aunt to Jim (Linda) and Richard (Luisa) Greenlaw; great-aunt to John and Robert (Maggie) Greenlaw; and good friend to many.
Jane was an active volunteer with the Scholar Shop and at St. Mary's Hospital gift shop. She enjoyed square dancing, playing bridge, and traveling with her husband. Her secrets to living well were staying active, listening to jazz music and enjoying a daily beverage with family and friends.
SERVICES: Visitation at Kriegshauser West Mortuary 9450 Olive Blvd. on Wednesday, October 19, from 9:30 am until time of service at 10:30 am.
Interment Lake Charles Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association appreciated.
