On December 8th 2024 at 5:58 in the morning James “Jim” Lindsey Cockrell left this Earth to begin his next big adventure. His wife Joyce, and his two son’s Jolan and Josh were there to see him on his way. He was preceded by his first wife Judy, his parents Mary and William, and many other family members. His story will continue to unfold through his wife, two sons, step-son Justin, step-daughter Courtney, and 11 grandchildren.
Though he will be missed, he would not want anyone to shed tears of sadness because his life was full. He had a successful career as an educator and mentor for so many people, that we can not count them. After retirement he was able to spend time with Joyce, traveling the world and enjoying life.
