He was born December 1, 1946, the son of Lester and Elda (Wille) Willmann. On December 26, 1970 he married Janet Ribbing at St. Francis Catholic Church in Aviston.
Harry served his country during the Vietnam War. After that he worked as a welder for 27 years. Harry was a proud member of Clinton County Law Enforcement for more than 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, his son Timothy and daughter-in-law Beth Hof Willmann of Fenton Mo. 3 grandchildren, Jackson, Sydney, and Ryan. His sister Barbara May of Belleville, a brother Jerry (Penny) of Trenton, sisters and brother-in-law, Elvira (Jim) Tebbe of St. Rose, Ruth(Vic)Jansen of Carlyle, Marilyn Ribbing of Aviston, Dan (Martha) Ribbing of Aviston, many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father-in-law, Vincent and Marie Ribbing. 3 sisters, 2 brothers and 1 brother-in-law.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday Jan. 16, at 3:00 pm at St. Mark's Hambrough Hall in Affton Mo. Private burial service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at a later date.
