Jacobs, Sr. for 56 years, loving mother of the late Joseph H., Jr. (the late Ethel), the late David L. (Judith), the late Richard C. (Yvonne), Kenneth (Patricia) Jacobs, Mary Weman and JoAnn (Robert) Davit, dear grandmother of 18, great-grandmother of 24, great-great grandmother of 2, dear aunt and friend.
Funeral from HOFFMEISTER COLONIAL MORTUARY, 6464 Chippewa at Watson Monday, April 23, 2012 9:30 A.M. to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Mass at 10:00 A.M.
The interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
