Cherished daughter of the late Conley and Lola Hamilton; beloved wife of John D. Denando; dear mother of Diane (the late Darin) Dunivan, John H. (Natalie) Denando, and Leigh (Martin) Monaghan; dear grandmother of Sarah Dunivan, Giovanni, Gianluca, Ava, and Anthony Denando, and Gavin and Ashlynn Monaghan; dear sister of Thomas (Linda) Hamilton, Linda (Joe) Robinson, Ronald (Pat) Hamilton, Wanda (Doug) Ball, Saundra (Ted) Philyaw, Karen (Larry) Albright, and the late Janet (Jim) Griffith and Janive (the late Al) Leonard; our dear aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, and friend to many.
Donna was a faithful wife and friend for 49 years to John. She loved her family fiercely and deeply with every ounce of her soul. She was downright hilarious and always told the best stories about growing up in the holler. She would drop everything to help someone in need. She loved to read and work jigsaw puzzles to relax. Her grandkids were her absolute world and she cherished every moment with them. She was an incredible blessing in our lives and we are so grateful we were chosen to be her family. She was the love of John's life and dearly missed. The Hamilton and Puricelli families were a blessing in her life.
