Diann Marie Bent

Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Diann Marie Bent, age 76, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was born January 23, 1946 to the late Russell and Josephine (nee Gravagna) Carlson.

Diann leaves behind her beloved husband, Charles Bent and her children, Stephen (Christine) Bent and Debi (Shawn) Blassie. She was grandmother to Josie (Sal Palazzolo) LiCavoli, Cristoforo and Noah LiCavoli, Caitlyn Blassie, Elijah, Zachary, and Maya Bent. She also leaves behind her sister, Marietta Quartuccio and a sister in law, Edna (Wayne) Walther. Diann will also be missed by her sweet fur babies, Nala, Kyra and Lila.

Diann spent most of her life as a hair stylist, running her own beauty shop. She loved and adored her family and hosting them for the holidays. She would adorn her home with decorations and was known to create beautifully decorated tablescapes. Some of Diann’s hobbies included crafting, flower gardening, watching movies, and visiting the casinos.

A visitation for Diann will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. A Funeral Mass will occur Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Epiphany our Lord Church, 6596 Smiley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139. Immediately following, Diann will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan, Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125.
