Audrey J. Sambo

Audrey J Sambo, 86, of Columbia, Illinois, died November 24,2020. She was born December 5, 1933, daughter of the late Herman & Cecelia Waller. Sister of the late Herman, Jimmy, Donald Waller, Shirley Bachesta, and Cecelia Rowley. She was married to Richard F Sambo, who survives her. They were married February 23, 1952 in St. Louis, Mo. at St. Boniface Parish.

Surviving are their 12 children, Karen (Harl) White, Nancy (Joe) Helle, Sue (Duane-deceased) Parrish,

Rick (Vicky) Sambo, Jan (Gary) Michniok, Steve (Linda-deceased) Sambo, David (Dee-deceased) Sambo,

Patty (Mitch) Wagner, Terry (Jason) Bracken, Mary (Craig) Burgesen, Chris Stoverink, Barbara (Danny) Ash. 26 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Surviving brothers are Howard and Allen Waller. Surviving sister-in-law June (Joe-deceased) O'Connell and Linda (Carl G-deceased) Sambo.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 27,2020 - 3pm for family and 4-8 pm for public at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, Mo. Final viewing Saturday, November 28, 2020, 9 am prayers, 10:15 escort to Immaculate Conception Church in Columbia, Illinois for 11am Mass. Interment in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
