Paul Edward Plummer passed away in Napa on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011. He was 85.
Paul, born Oct. 3, 1925, in Huntington Park, Calif., spent his career working with the Seventh Day Adventist school system. He was an educator who became the superintendent of the Southern California Conference Education Department. He retired from teaching after many years at Pacific Union College.
Paul is survived by his son, Charles Plummer and his wife Elva of Riddle, Ore.; daughter Nancy Wilkinson and her husband, Robert, of Bellflower, Calif.; and daughter Emily Boyd of Pleasant Hill, Calif.; two grandchildren and two great grandsons.
He was preceded by his wife, Evelyn Plummer.
There will be a visitation at Morrison’s Funeral Chapel on Sept. 30, at 4 p.m., with a memorial on Oct. 1, at 3 p.m., at Pacific Union College Church.
