Patrick Joseph O’Sullivan, age 64, passed away on January 20, 2021. He is survived by his children; Sean O’Sullivan, Amber (Mike) Smith, Danny (Danielle) O’Sullivan, Mauriah (Drew) Rhodes. Patrick was “Pops” to his nine grandchildren: Emma, Nolan, Alaina and Kaitlin Smith; Jack, Oliver & Joseph O’Sullivan; and Jonah & Otis Rhodes. Patrick is also survived by his siblings: John O’Sullivan, Sheila O’Sullivan & Eileen Bouchard and his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Sheila O’Sullivan.
He was known as Pat to his family, Dad to his kids, Sonny to his friends, and Pops to his grandkids.
Patrick was old school as they come and a proud American.
He loved his mother, read the actual newspaper, drank his beer, loved his NASCAR, and could fix or build anything. Pat took pride in everything he did, and was one of the hardest working men you would have ever met. He lived his life to the fullest, on his own terms, never asked for permission or needed anyone’s approval. Patrick J. O’Sullivan left an impression on everyone he met, and will be missed greatly and deeply.
Public Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm -8:00 pm on February 6, 2021 at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48081.
