Joann L. Taylor

Joann Louise Taylor, age 78, passed away on August 13, 2022. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 19, 1944 to her late parents Adolf and Louise Preuss. Joann is survived by her beloved children: Otto (Michelle), Stuart (Shawn); loving grandchildren: Emily, Jack, Seth, Isabelle; and sister-in-law: Michele Preuss. Joann was preceded in death by her brother, Adolf Preuss. She was very active in her church, St. Mark Lutheran; she belonged to the prayer chain and the Material Girls crocheting club. Joann loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed baking and making cookies for the holidays. She retired from the City of St. Clair Shores. Joann was an avid reader and loved the Detroit Tigers. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 26830 W. Park, Roseville, MI 48066.
