Our dear mother, Ethel May Kenny, age 89, passed away on September 25, 2024. She preceded in death by her beloved husband of 28 years, Edwin Michael Kenny. Ethel is survived by her loving children: Mark Kenny (Charlotte), Kelly (Brian) Stoll, Holly (Mickey) Drozdowicz; dear grandchildren: Mark, Spencer, Skyler, Stella, Michael; and her siblings: Vivian and Robert. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Frances, Patricia, and Barbara. Ethel retired over 25 years ago from the City of Detroit Police Department where she worked as the Commander’s Clerk at the 5th precinct. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, going to the casino, and playing cards. Ethel’s strong faith and kindness will live on with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

A funeral mass will be held on October 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (Instate 9:30 a.m.) at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Catholic Church, 18720 E 13 Mile Rd., Roseville.
