Predeceased by his beloved wife Jeannie in 1995. Bill is survived by children Robert (Pat), Reg (Diane), and Lewis (Bonnie), along with Grandchildren Heather, Yvonne, Patrick, Alison, Ryan, Clinton, Ashley, Tabatha, Jaclyn, and many Great and Great-Great Grandchildren.
Predeceased by daughter Moira and Granddaughter Sheena. He is also survived by his brother Richard in Australia and many nieces and nephews around the world.
Born in Waterside, Ayrshire, Scotland, Bill served as an aircraft mechanic during WWII, seeing action and much of the world in the process. In 1950, Bill and Jeannie married and immigrated to Canada, where he would work at Thompson Products (TRW) until his retirement.
The family thanks the staff at Garden City Manor for their care of Bill during his stay there.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. Private interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
