Dear aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, and friend. Ruth was a member of the St. Ann Lady Lions and worshipped the Lord at various places including with the chaplain from Lake St. Charles. She worked as a clerk at Vandervoorts and made bullets during WWII at the St. Louis Armory. She was a foster parent and loved and owned dogs—several dachshunds. Ruth enjoyed playing Rummikub, Bingo, and eating pie! She will be missed by many.
A special thank you to her daughter, Debra, for her love, care, and patience as she cared for her mom in the final years of her life. Memorials are appreciated to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
