Richard Edwin Wagner, age 87, of Maryland Heights, Missouri passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024. He was born August 10, 1937, to Edwin and Marie (nee: Butler) Wagner. They have preceded him in death, as has his daughter, Cynthia Ann Wagner, and his parents-in-law Henry and Rose (nee: Bohnert) Kehm. He is survived by: his loving wife of 65 years, Vivian (nee: Kehm) Wagner; his children: Deborah Eaton (Mark), Linda Weeks (Kenneth), Carrie Yewell (John), Kimberly Wagner; his grandchildren: Austin Chubb, Jordan Chubb, Emily Chubb; and other relatives and friends.
Richard celebrated driving over one million miles accident free with his employer, Yellow Freight. "Slow-poke" (his CB handle) retired a proud Teamster in 1994, and enjoyed 30 years of retirement. He and Vivian traveled and camped in all 50 states and various other countries. He was a loving husband and proud father, and loved spending time with his family.
