Dorothy "Dot" C. Payne

Dorothy C. “Dot” Payne (nee Phillips) passed away peacefully on Friday November 15, 2019 at the age of 80; Born on July 28, 1929 in Springfield, Illinois to William and Lilian Phillips. She is the beloved wife of Wallace “Ed” Payne; loving mother of John (Sherri) Payne, Rick Payne, Tim (Colleen) Payne and Marty (Kim) Payne;

Cherished grandmother of Bryan (Janeye’) Payne, Kayla Walker, Jennifer Payne, Katie (Joe Bistromowitz) Payne, David (Tori) Payne, Joseph Payne, Kyle (Liz) Payne, Tyler (Mikaela) Payne and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Dot’s memory are appreciated to Edinburg 1st United Methodist Church 3707 W University Dr. Edinburg, TX 78541.

Memorial service to be held on December 7, 2019.
