Connie Jean (Blount) Degregorio

Connie Jean (Blount) Degregorio, age 59, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Connie was born September 24, 1961 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Connie is survived by her beloved long-term significant other, Steven Ewald. She is also survived by her daughters, Allison (Chott) Iakovlev and Kelsey Chott. She is further survived by her sister Terecia Piel and her brother DeWayne Blount.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents Carolyn and Albert Blount. Her late husband's Lawrence D. Chott and Michael Degregorio.

Connie never met a stranger. Her gregarious personality and contagious laugh dominated every room she walked in. Connie had a sense of humor that could make even the most stern person crack a smile. The most defining part of Connie’s life was being a mother. She had immense pride for her daughters and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Connie was generous with her time and home - If you were down on your luck or just passing through, she had a bed and a warm meal for you. Connie loved hosting parties and spending time with her friends. If you were coming over to Connies’ for a party, you knew you were leaving with a belly full of BBQ and (maybe too much) Pina Coloda. She was such a bright light in all of our lives and we are fortunate to have created so many memories with her. To know her was to love her. To say that we will miss her is an understatement.

Join us for a memorial service for Connie on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Alexander - White - Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, Saint Ann, Missouri 63074. After the memorial service there will be a gathering for close friends and family at Connie’s house in St. Ann, MO.
