Clyde Meneese Wynn, age 93, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty, and his second wife, Sharon, along with his parents, William and Elizabeth Wynn, a son, Don Wynn, and a beloved friend, Nancy Stephens.
Those left behind to cherish his memories include his children, Anita and Randy, his step-children, Donna, Matt, Mark, and Cheryl. Clyde was a doting grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather.
A passionate golfer, Clyde found solace and joy on the green fairways, where his skill and enthusiasm for the sport shone brightly. Beyond his love for golf, he was a man of deep faith, finding strength and guidance in spiritual beliefs. A proud church member, he lived by his convictions, embodying kindness, compassion, and generosity in all he did.
As a devoted member of the Masonic Lodge, Clyde exemplified the principles of brotherhood, charity, and community service. His commitment to these values extended far beyond the lodge hall, as he tirelessly volunteered his time and energy to make a difference in the lives of others. Clyde also served as a dedicated Boy Scout leader, mentoring and inspiring young minds to reach their full potential.
Though Clyde may no longer walk among us, his spirit will continue to live on in the memories and hearts of those he touched. May his legacy inspire us to live with the same love, devotion, and dedication he beautifully exemplified.
A private graveside service is planned, and Clyde will be laid to rest at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, St. Ann, MO.
