Christine "Chrissy" D. Schneider, age 61, of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. She was a beloved soul cherished by those fortunate enough to know her. Chrissy found immense joy in creating and sharing unforgettable moments riding her 2001 Harley Springer Softail alongside her loving husband, Rick. Together, they embarked on a journey, exploring the open road, camping, and creating cherished memories. Her heart held a special place for the Trail of Tears, a testament to the beauty she found in nature. Chrissy’s creative spirit shone through her unique talent for crafting, reflecting the depth of her passions. A Starbucks enthusiast, she found comfort in the simple pleasures of life.
Chrissy was preceded in death by her parents, Melton and Pat (nee Aronoff) Gossage. She leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by her devoted husband, Rick, her daughter Jessica Schneider, son Steve Finnell, and cherished grandchildren, Jillian and Ellison “Goose.” She is remembered fondly by her brothers, Doug and Dale Gossage; her sweet nieces, Jill Jones and Kristy Gossage; and her mother-in-law, Grace Schneider, whom she cared for deeply.
A visitation for Chrissy will be held Monday, February 5, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. A funeral service will occur on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the same location. Chrissy will be laid to rest at a later date at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, St. Ann, MO.
