Matthew 25:23 - His Lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.
Bonnie is preceded in death by: her husband Roy, her daughter Pamela, her parents, two brothers, three sisters, and their spouses, the in-laws from Roy's family, and two sons-in-law. She is survived by: her children: Sue, Glenda, Larry and Kim, Sharon and Joe; Seven grandchildren and their spouses; 15 Great-Grandchildren; nine Great-Great-Grandchildren (who WERE ALL her favorite); and her granddog Marley.
Mom gave her life to Christ at the age of 17, and never wavered in her faith. She taught Sunday School for over 65 years. We were blessed to have a Christian mother. We knew we were always loved, even if at times we were unlovable.
She loved studying the Bible, making Christmas cookies with "the girls", making wedding and special occasion cakes for family and friends, travelling, sewing, and games of any kind, but mostly Monopoly with Sharon and Larry over the phone every Friday afternoon.
Her greeting of "Bless you my child" was heartfelt to each and every one, and every letter or card that we received was always signed "Love and prayers XOXO". Larry and Sue are so grateful for the love and care that Glenda and Sharon have provided the past months in honoring Mom.
Job 1:21 - The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away, Blessed be the name of the Lord.
Bonnie will be laid to rest at the Jim-Matt Lawson Cemetery, Meta, Missouri. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.alexanderstlouis.com for the Lawson family.
