Rose Marie Christy, 88, of Pawnee, passed away on November 19, 2024 at Springfield Memorial Hospital. She was born on November 3, 1936 in Hurdland, Missouri to Jesse McGlothlin and Ina Bartlow.
Mrs. Christy is survived by two sons: Greg Crose of Quincy, Illinois and Jeff Crose of Hannibal, Missouri, one daughter Lori (Scott) Hill of Chatham, Illinois and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother Merl McGlothlin.
Rose Marie worked as a beautician, as well as many other positions thru out her life. She was a strong beautiful woman and a strong Christian. Rose Marie was a loving and wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and a true friend to so many people. She will be missed more than words can say.
