Doris Christine Krenzer, 94, of Linn Creek, Missouri, passed away on February 10, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. She was born on November 25, 1928 in Springfield, Illinois to Robert Arthur Green and Barbara Josephine Glas. Doris married Orville “Bud” Krenzer Jr. on December 29, 1950 in Springfield and he preceded her in death on July 27, 1998.
Mrs. Krenzer is survived by two sons: Alan (Laura) Krenzer and Kevin (Mary) Krenzer as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister Lillian Burris and four brothers: Arthur, Fred, Earl and Stuart Green.
Doris enjoyed spending time with her family, she was close to her extended family and fondly remembered old times together with them. She enjoyed reading and playing the organ. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She was a lifelong member of Springfield until she and Bud retired to Lake of the Ozarks.
