Chad was born on March 23, 1982, in Springfield, the son of Klint Dial and Gale Dial. He married
Alison N. Askew on July 26, 2008.
Chad was triple master certified by the IICRC in restoration and also OSHA certified. He enjoyed going to the beach with his friends and family when he lived in VA. Chad also enjoyed swimming with his family, wrestling, grilling, cheering for the Cardinals and Steelers, and spending time with his family and friends. He could often be heard bragging about his kids. He loved to banter with his three siblings.
He was preceded in death by his father and infant, Baby Dial.
He is survived by his wife, Alison Dial of Mahomet; one son, Carter Dial; one daughter, Ava Dial; his mother, Gale Dial; three siblings, Eva Koontz, Abbie (Greg) Winhold, and Evan (Alli) Dial; two nieces, Brady and Sylvie; six nephews, Tyler, Roarke, Bennett, Dace, Donovan, and Baker; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pat and Larry Askew.
Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Butler Funeral Home-Springfield, 900 S. Sixth St., Springfield. A Funeral Ceremony will follow at 6:00 p.m. with opportunities to share your favorite memories of Chad.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to PKD Foundation at pkdcure.org in recognition of his daughter Ava.
Cremation will be provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center following ceremonies.
