Audrey L. Miller

She was born February 7, 1933 in Milwaukee, WI. She married George Miller on May 10, 1958 in Milwaukee, WI.

Mrs. Miller grew up in Wisconsin where she graduated from Shorewood High School in 1951. After High School she attended and graduated from Principia College in Elsah, IL where she received her bachelors degree. She also attended the University of Illinois in Springfield receiving her masters in Human Developmental Counseling. She has been a resident of Springfield for the past 35 years. She worked as a case manager for SPARC for several years until she retired. Mrs. Miller was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Springfield where she was a Reader and served on the Board of Trustees. She was also a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, MA.

She is survived by her husband, George Miller of Springfield; two daughters, Chery Miller (husband, Tom Bundy) of Springfield, Linda (husband, Tom) Tyler of Ouray, CO; two sons, Terry (wife, Daphne) Miller of Chatham, and Darren Miller of Decatur; and 8 grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel, Springfield, IL where friends may greet the family from 5 PM to 7 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2007. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Interment will be private for the family at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL.
