Mrs. Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Ambrose, age 83, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 27, 2021, after a long, hard fought battle with Vascular Dementia. Kathy was born October 15, 1938, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She is predeceased by her loving parents, Andrew Pekar Sr. and Mae Pekar and her brother, Andrew "Butch" Pekar, all of Connecticut, as well as her beloved husband of 60 years, Ronald F. Ambrose.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Lisa Ambrose and son, Derek "Rick" Ambrose, his wife, Linda Ambrose and step-grandson, all of Spring Hill, FL, as well as her sister in-law Diane Pekar, 3 nieces, one nephew, 5 great nephews & one great niece.
Kathy was retired from Chase Bank, where she had been Assistant Bank Branch Manager. She was well suited to her job as she was a people person and she loved her nights out with the "girls'.
Kathy loved to watch baseball games as well as the Hallmark Channel. She was an avid reader. She loved her kitties & doggies. But most of all Kathy loved dearly her family. She and her infectious smile will be greatly missed by all.
