Frederick Herbert Beers, age 91, of Hudson, Florida passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Former resident of Florida. Mr. Beers was born February 23, 1932 in Scranton, PA to Ralph H. Beers and Elizabeth G. Beers. During his life, Mr. Beers served in the Air Force for 20 years. He was a Viet Nam veteran. After serving in the Air Force, he was a truck driver for multiple companies before retiring.
He is preceded in death by his son Ronald F. Beers, mother Elizabeth G. Beers, father Ralph H. Beers and brother Ralph A. Beers and sister Rachael Mary Beers.
He is survived by his wife Nancy A. Lee Beers who celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on January 10th.Also surviving are his five children Richard A. Beers of Florida, Kimberly A. Bachman and husband Joseph A. Bachman of Pennsylvania, Sharon K. Wilkins and husband Richard J. Wilkins of Texas, Cynthia J. Wentline and husband Paul (PJ) J. Wentline of Pennsylvania and Wendy G. Gillean of Texas along with a daughter in law Lourdes Beers, numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A graveside service for Frederick will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Grace Memorial Gardens, 16931 US Highway 19 North, Hudson, FL 34667.
