Beverly Smith was born to Arthur and Laura Davis in Owosso, Michigan on April 12, 1943. She was born
and raised in Owosso where she aended Owosso High School. Aer high school, she married Garey
Delaney and had 3 beauful children. Although her marriage with Garey ended, she was able to
reconnect with her old high school sweetheart, Ronald Smith. They married in 1987 and lived happily
together unl Ron’s passing in 2006. While raising her children and over her lifeme, she worked at
Universal Plant in Owosso, Montgomery Ward, Corunna Ambulance, Laura Lee Bridal, Owosso Speedway
and Walmart; to name a few. She met many lifeme friends at those jobs.
She had a huge passion for sewing and all kinds of arts and cras. She loved her grandchildren, and it
would always put a smile on her face when she would get visits from them. Beverly will always be known
for her love of Coca-Cola and NASCAR. She also had a great love for country music. Her all-me favorite
singer was Marty Robbins.
Surviving Beverly are her brothers; Paul (Jato) Davis of Owosso MI and Jeff (Susan) Taylor of Linden, MI.
Her children; Kimberly (Conrad) Blood of Spring Hill FL, Shirley Crenshaw of Owosso and Mark (Bernice)
Delaney of Colorado Springs, CO. The father of her children; Garey Delaney of Corunna, MI. Her
grandchildren; Crystal (Ryan) Garrison, Kristy Freville, Mahew Crenshaw, Samantha Delaney, Ashley
(Sco) Williams, Amy (Will) Delaney, Alicia (Danny) Braun. 8 great-grandchildren, several loving extended
family members and many close friends.
In her final years, she was surrounded by love from family and friends. She was visited nearly every day
by her daughter Kimberly.
Those who predeceased Beverly are her late husband; Ronald Smith, her parents, and her son-in-law;
Bobby Crenshaw.
The burial of her ashes at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens and Celebraon of Life will take place in Owosso,
Michigan in the Fall. Memorials are suggested to the Family.
