After a three year battle with stage 4 colon and liver cancer her passed away peacefully in his home with his beloved mother by his side.
Anthony, also known at Tony or if you want to go way back, TCapone, was born in New York City to Robert and Helen Villafane. Tony was never married. He is survived by his mother, Helen, brother, Robert Villafane Jr, and son, Dominic Villafane.
Tony graduated from Our Lady of Angels School and St. Raymond's High School for boys in the Bronx, NY. He went to Bronx community college for 1 year.
He worked with computers and custom cabinetry. Tony ran Xerox printers for the Progressive Insurance Company.
Tony had many talents and interests. He was a "Do it Yourself" guy. He loved music, worked as a DJ. He loved art. You might have seen some of his tag graffiti art in the New York City subways and on Facebook. His art skills came to him naturally. Tony was a Yankees and New York Giants fan. He loved fishing. Prior to relocating to Florida, Tony discovered his true love and that was motorcycles and racing. He was a great mechanic; he did his own maintenance on his car and motorcycles.
Tony was a cheerful, loving supportive friend. He was a loving father. I am so thankful to have been granted the privilege to call him my son. We are going to really miss his good nature and mostly his wonderful smiles and love.
