She was born on May 28, 1930 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Carlos and Evarista Feliciano.
She moved to Bronx, New York where she met her husband and love of her life Poy One Chin. They married on October 17th, 1959. Together, they started a family and raised two wonderful sons Edgardo and Mitchell.
Adelina worked at a cosmetic jewelry manufacturer, and then opened and owned a successful clothing store named “Baby Blue” for many years. Her love and compassion for others made her a part of the backbone of the community and parish of Our Savior Catholic church.
She had a deep love for fashion and enjoyed picking chic and elegant outfits. She had many hobbies, including sewing, knitting, fashion, cooking and reading.
Adelina devoted her life to taking care of her family and was an incredibly loving and intelligent person.
Adelina is survived by her two sons Edgardo and Mitchell Chin, daughter-in-law’s Sandra Chin, Rose Chin, granddaughter Natalie Waugh, sister Casilda Cordero, brother Quino Feliciano, and her many loving nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed and will always be in our hearts, prayers and memories.
