Ron was born June 7, 1948 in Wenatchee WA to parents Carl W and Mae V Robb. His family moved to Spokane when he was a young boy. In Spokane, he attended Logan Elementary School, John R. Rogers High School and graduated from EWSC in December, 1971 with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He worked as an accountant in the Spokane area at businesses that included Hygrade’s Foods, ISC Bunker Ramo, Centerline Construction and Argonne Agency.
He was known as a kind and generous man. Hobbies included fishing, gardening and golf. He as a member of the Painted Hill’s Men’s club and later was a member at Meadowood G C where to his joy shot a Hole in One in May of 2014. He loved sports and followed the Eastern Eagles and Gonzaga Men’s and Women’s teams.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Richard and James.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jean, sister Bonnie (Gerald) Eklund and friendship son Joseph (Dewi) Schmitz as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
At his request, no funeral services are planned and a private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
