It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Wesley Curtis, age 63, who left this earth on December 7, 2024, in Spokane, Washington. Born on November 14, 1961, Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and dedicated professional.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife, Annette Curtis; his three daughters, Tabatha Lowe, Kimberly Boyer, and Jennifer Hassett, two sisters Terri Lonam and Peggy Alston, one brother Gregory Potter, as well as 15 grandchildren, who brought him great joy. He is preceded in passing by his mother, Ann Potter, his father Robert Potter, and his brothers Billy Curtis, and John Curtis.
Robert spent much of his life in service to others. He worked in the medical field and as a caseworker for individuals in halfway house programs, where his compassion and dedication made a lasting impact on the lives of many. He was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, and throughout his life, he remained deeply connected to his community.
A funeral service to honor Robert’s life will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Journey Church, located at 4224 E. 4th in Spokane, Washington.
Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
