Inez Cameron, age 83, passed away July 21, 2012, in Spokane, WA. She was born February 6, 1929, to Pete and Elizabeth (Walstrom) Lundberg in Ione, WA, where she grew up and graduated from high school. Inez worked briefly for the Sunshine Biscuit Co. in Spokane until she met Jerald B. Cameron. The two were married for 40 years before Jerald’s death in 1989. She enjoyed square dancing with the Buzzin’ Bees as well as bowling for many years.
Inez is survived by her son, Tom Cameron of Spokane Valley, WA; daughter, Deidra Mock (Dave) of Cheney, WA; five grandchildren, David Mock Jr, Brian Cameron, Donita Simmons, Darci Mock, William Cameron; two great-grandchildren, Devin Mock, Brianna Cameron; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed immensely.
Graveside Services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 27, 2012, at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Hospice of Spokane and the staff at Briarcliff for their wonderful care.
