Lynn Leroy Dilliner, born July 19, 1941 in Concordia, Kansas, passed away on June 24, 2024 after a rough battle with a body that decided it could no longer contain his very big spirit. Lynn had an unforgettable personality, even up to the end, joking with the nurses about ‘maybe going on a date when I get out of here: my wife won’t mind’.
Lynn was an avid golfer. He always had a construction or home improvement project going on. He was a brilliant business owner: Floor Supply Distributing for over 40 years, with branches in Spokane, WA (HQ) and later Kent, WA, Portland, OR and Anchorage, AK. Later he formed a company called “DLLD Receiving and Storage”. Work was his love language. He never limped: metaphorically or physically. His vision was wide and his focus was narrowed. He ALWAYS picked up pennies when he found them.
Lynn (Boy Lynn, Mr. D, Dad, Grandpa D, Brother) is preceded in death by his mother Joycelynn Marcella (Russom) Dilliner and father Perle Leroy Dilliner, his ex-wife/friend Lynn M Dilliner, many other dear friends, and all the dogs he loved in his life.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years D’Lee Dilliner; step-daughter Ashley Kramer (Grandview WA), husband Matt and their kids Brendan, Emmy, Rowan and Rose; step-son Devon Moe (Spokane WA), fiancé Linda and his kids Taegan, Parker and Avery; daughter Holly Garrison (Spokane, WA), her daughter Tessa Maughan (Preston) of Valley View, Texas and stepson Matthew Garrison of Spokane; daughter Heather Siwinski, her husband Grant and their kids, Duncan (Andrea), Dillin (Maggie), Maria (Jackson), Daniel (Autumn), David, Mitchel, all in Spokane, WA; sister Nicki Perry of Boise, ID and nephew Kevin Archer of Boise Idaho
The world was altered when Lynn came into the world; it was altered when he left. Anyone who knew him is glad they did and sad he is gone.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at Manito Country Club on August 11, 2024 at 2 pm.
