Hazel was born October 7, 1924, in Sarles, ND. She married Karl in 1945, and they were married for 74 years until his passing in 2019. Hazel worked for 27 years as a meat wrapper for Safeway. Karl and Hazel loved to travel in their RV and spend winters in Arizona as snowbirds.
Hazel was loved by so many and will be missed by all, including her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and her dog Abby.
She is survived by sons Mike, Jeff (Becky), Kirby Clemens and daughters Sandra Parker and Laurie Dietzel. She was preceded in death by Husband Karl, daughter Karen and Sister Alice. The family would like to thank Hospice of Spokane for all of their help in comforting Hazel and her family.
A memorial service for Hazel will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
