1926 – 2017
Dottie passed away at her home on February 6, 2017. She was born in Idaho Falls on November 12, 1926.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Strong and her brother, Gordon Williams. She is survived by her sisters LaRue Stephens (Alvin) and Connie Wannomae (Edwin). She also leaves two sons, Daniel R. Jones (Barbara) and Thomas V. Jones (Linda), as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Dottie always loved her dogs and her monthly poker games with her girlfriends. She was a loving, caring, generous lady who will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
The Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Dottie’s name to SCRAPS or to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank.
