Dorothy Katherine was born March 3, 1928 to Katherine and Weste Erickson in Spokane, Washington. She passed away on June 21, 2021. Dorothy attended Franklin Grade School and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1945. She worked at a variety of jobs including Wraight’s Variety Store, Drs. Anthony and DeRoeth, Zukor’s office, and retired as a secretary at Millwood Elementary School in the West Valley School District after 25 years.
She married W.R. (Bill) Miller in 1948 and they had three children. Bill died in 1992. In 2005, she married Earl Davenport in Colville, WA. He died in 2011. Dorothy moved to Riverview Retirement Village in Spokane. There she met Lloyd Madison, the last love of her life, and she was with him until her death.
She is survived by her children, Gary (Claire) Miller, Martin (Laura) Miller, and JoCathryn Kidd (Mike Parks); nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
