Lois grew up in Franklin and Ogdensburg, where she met Richard. They were married August 18, 1973, and moved to Landing, NJ. After Richard's death in 1993, Lois moved to Knoll Heights, Sparta, NJ, but spent her last years at Forest Manor Healthcare Center in Blairstown, NJ.
Lois was a member of the Sparta United Methodist Church. A huge fan of Elvis Presley, Lois enjoyed collecting his movies and other memorabilia. She enjoyed being with family and friends, was loved by all and will be sadly missed. In addition to her husband, Lois was predeceased by her parents Harris (Bill) and Alice (Hubbard) Howell as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial services will be held from 4pm to 6pm on June 26, 2024 at Goble Funeral Home in Sparta, NJ.
